At Thread & Theory, every product is made to order just for you. Because your item is created specifically after you place your order, please allow additional time for production before your order ships.

Order Processing & Production

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days before shipment.

During holidays, product launches, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, production may take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, shipping times generally vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Please note that weekends and holidays may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order, destination, and available shipping method.

From time to time, Thread & Theory may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable promotion will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable shipping carrier. Thread & Theory is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be delayed, please use the tracking information provided to contact the carrier directly.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier before contacting us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@threadandtheoryco.com. We will do our best to correct the address before your order enters production.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Thread & Theory is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Orders

International shipping may be available for select products and destinations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
